The Fair

Art&Air, a one-of-a-kind fine arts fair, is set amongst the beautiful park setting of Eden Theological Seminary, in the heart of historic Webster Groves, Missouri. It is conveniently located near Downtown St.Louis and Clayton. Art&Air, continually noted as a favorite fair among artists, because of unmatched hospitality and amenities, showcases many varieties of art, while offering delectable food, top-notch musical performances, and unique creative activities for the whole family.

Each year, over 110 juried artists participate at Art&Air, which is often noted as one of the best art fairs in the Midwest. The artists come from across the U.S. and Canada, with a third of them coming from outside the St. Louis metropolitan area.

The Emerging Artists Gallery highlights local artists at both the professional and student level. These artists, many in the early stages of their careers, make the practice and study of art a priority in their lives. The Emerging Artists Gallery also includes a student exhibit of local primary and secondary art students.

Art&Air also presents weekend-long musical entertainment by great local bands, featuring various styles from children’s songs to jazz, bluegrass to classical, as well as student ensembles.

Each day at the Fair, top-notch local musicians will be performing on the music stage. And, of course, food and drink are available. Locally known restaurants will be showcasing a selection of delicacies to tempt the fairgoer’s palate.

Visit Camp Creativity and experience the “art of making art!” In the spirit of all things summer camp, Camp Creativity is a new space for kids to earn badges for every artistic endeavor they complete. Come release your creative energy with the arts!

And, if you are looking for a great way to experience Art&Air, consider being a volunteer. It takes a significant number of volunteers to conduct an event like Art&Air, and we’re looking for people who want to give back to their community.

Lastly, if you would like a unique way to ensure that Art&Air is able to continue as a community treasure, consider making a tax-deductible donation.

We invite you to attend and enjoy Art&Air!

10th Anniversary Celebration – 2013

In 2013 WCAF celebrated 10 years of “Art Elevating Life” at art&air. Our artists were asked to create specially designed works commemorating art&air’s 10th year. Throughout the weekend, fairgoers cast their votes and chose M. Shawn Cornell (Painting) as our inaugural Community Choice Award winner. Pictured below is Shawn’s winning piece.
