The 11th Annual Art&Air will be held on June 6-8, 2014. This fine arts fair is set in the oak-shaded grounds of Webster University/Eden Theological Seminary in the heart of historic Webster Groves, Missouri (63119), just 10 minutes west of downtown St. Louis. Webster Groves is a charming community of 19th and early 20th century homes– many listed on the National Register of Historic Places–nestled among beautiful parks, gardens, public art installations, antique stores, bistros and boutiques. Supported by the Webster Community Arts Foundation, Art&Air features on-site food from favorite local restaurants, non-stop live music performances, and creative activities that draw 25,000 visitors and buyers.

Entering its Eleventh year of operation, art&air is held on the grounds of Eden Theological Seminary in the heart of Webster Groves, MO on the first weekend in June. Known as the “artists’ art fair”, this juried fair continues to attract quality artists in every category. Artists also demonstrate their craft through artist demonstrations during the fair.

Community Choice Award – In 2013 WCAF celebrated 10 years of “Art Elevating Life” at art&air.

art&air, a one-of-a-kind fine arts fair, is set amongst the beautiful park setting of Eden Theological Seminary, in the heart of historic Webster Groves, Missouri. It is conveniently located near Downtown St.Louis and Clayton. art&air, continually noted as a favorite fair among artists, because of unmatched hospitality and amenities, showcases many varieties of art, while offering delectable food, top-notch musical performances, and unique creative activities for the whole family.
Each year, over 110 juried artists participate at art&air, which is often noted as one of the best art fairs in the Midwest. The artists come from across the U.S. and Canada, with a third of them coming from outside the St. Louis metropolitan area.
The Emerging Artists Gallery highlights local artists at both the professional and student level. These artists, many in the early stages of their careers, make the practice and study of art a priority in their lives. The Emerging Artists Gallery also includes a student exhibit of local primary and secondary art students.
Art&air also presents weekend-long musical entertainment by great local bands, featuring various styles from children’s songs to jazz, bluegrass to classical, as well as student ensembles.
Each day at the Fair, top-notch local musicians will be performing on the music stage. And, of course, food and drink are available. Locally known restaurants will be showcasing a selection of delicacies to tempt the fairgoer’s palate.
For kids and adults alike, visit the art&air Studios, and experience the “art of making art”! art&air Studios is a one-of-a-kind art-making experience. Release that creative energy and emerge as an artist!
art&air is easy to find. It is adjacent to Webster University, and just moments away from major interstate highways. View our page with helpful maps. Visitors will find ample free parking near the fairgrounds. Best of all, admission to art&air is free, too.
And, if you are looking for a great way to experience art&air, consider being a volunteer. It takes a number of volunteers to conduct an event like art&air, and we’re looking for people who are energetic and want to give back to their community.
